Wild Muse Collective offers documentary elopement and intimate wedding photography for couples choosing something more meaningful than a traditional wedding day. I photograph intentionally small celebrations across Vancouver Island, British Columbia, and Canada, focusing on connection, presence, and real moments rather than performance.

My approach is documentary-led, allowing space for you to be fully immersed in your day while I quietly capture your story as it unfolds. When guidance is needed, I offer it gently and intentionally, giving prompts over poses, to get you interacting more naturally together – always prioritising how the moment feels over how it looks.

But you can call me Fran! I’m an elopement and intimate wedding photographer from the UK, but now based on Vancouver Island in BC, Canada – eek!

I’m a slow adventure girlie, coffee addict, avid traveller and all things nature lover! Over the years, my photography has shifted and now I’ve fallen in love with telling other people’s love stories – the big and small moments.
